Process Expo (Sept. 19 to 22 in Chicago) puts a special focus on dairy processing with equipment suppliers who understand the needs of dairy processors. 

The Food Processing Suppliers Association signed an agreement of mutual cooperation this week with Messe Frankfurt, the owner of the IFFA trade show.

ProFood Tech is a new event focusing on food & beverage processing and production technologies. Launching in April 2017, it is a production of IDFA, PMMI and Koelnmesse.

In other international news, the second edition of the trade show Gulfood Manufacturing 2015 runs from Oct. 27 to 29 at Dubai World Trade Center.

Cheesemakers and their suppliers will be bidding on award-winning cheeses April 23 in Milwaukee. The World Championship Cheese Auction, the key fundraising event of the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association, will be held during the International Cheese Technology Expo in Milwaukee.
 

InterBev Process is co-locating in Chicago with the International Dairy Show and Process Expo. The International Dairy Foods Association, Washington, D.C., organizes the dairy show and the Food Processing Suppliers Association, McLean, Va., runs Process Expo.
