One of its latest projects was a milk jug palletizing system for Agropur. This robotic palletizing system quickly stacked full layers of jugs in two cycles of 20 jugs on 40-inch by 48-inch pallets. Accuracy, speed, heavy payload, and high throughput were of the utmost importance for this project, the company explains.

PALLETIZING CELL FOR CLOSED BOXES
FlexLink’s RI20 palletizing cell is compact, mobile and adapts easily to production changes in the dairy industry, whether for a new recipe or a different line location. Van der Graaf’s all-stainless-steel SSV Series Drum Motors, designed for 80,000 hours of continuous operation without maintenance, feature a premium-efficiency electric motor and an IP69K sealing system that withstands pressure washdown up to 3,000 psi, according to the company.
