The American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) named two new members to the organization’s Board of Directors: Frederick Smith, Clofine Dairy & Food Products, Inc., and Rebecca Wallick, HP Hood LLC.

“We look forward to having both Frederick Smith and Rebecca Wallick on our Board of Directors,” said Blake Anderson, ADPI’s President and CEO. “The Institute’s membership is sure to benefit from their range of expertise and experience.”

In accordance with the organization’s By-laws, Smith and Wallick were elected by the Executive Committee, on behalf ofthe organization’s Board of Directors.
