Byrne Dairy Inc. and Sonbyrne Sales, Inc., the retail division of Byrne, announced two new additions to its Board of Directors: Kimberly Boynton and Ethan Minkel.
Boynton was CEO of Crouse Health from 2014 until 2023. Prior to becoming CEO, Boynton served as chief financial officer of Crouse. A graduate of Niagara University with a degree in accounting and the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University with a master’s degree in business administration, Boynton has served on the boards of Seneca Financial Corp./Seneca Savings Bank, SRC, Inc., and AAA of Western and Central New York. Boynton also serves as a member of the board of trustees of Christian Brothers Academy.

Ethan Minkel (pictured) has more than 27 years of experience in the fields of operational management, human resources, logistics, customer service, and process enhancement. He spent 24-plus years with Wal-Mart Stores Inc., in various roles such as store manager, regional human resources manager, district manager of the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier, regional training coordinator for New York and Pennsylvania, and market manager for Rochester and Buffalo. Following his Wal-Mart tenure, Minkel began consulting for Guidepoint Inc., three years ago and joined Robert Half International last year as an engagement consulting professional. Minkel and his wife reside in Victor, N.Y., and have two adult children.
