Albertsons Companies Inc., which has more than 20 well-known banners, including Safeway, Vons, Jewel-Osco, Shaw's and Acme, says it recently launched three new ice cream offerings under its Signature Select private label brand. The three new flavors include Signature Select Monster Cookie, Signature Select Lactose-Free Vanilla Bean and Signature Select Lactose-Free Cookies and Cream.

The new flavors join Albertsons’ existing Signature Select portfolio of ice cream and novelty items, including ice cream sandwiches, sundaes and cups, and may be found in the frozen dessert section in Albertsons family of banner stores. They have a suggested retail price of $2.99, Boise, Idaho-based Albertsons says. Product availability varies by location.
