The new and improved wintertime classic, the Ruby Jewel Peppermint Chocolate ice cream sandwich, features all-natural peppermint ice cream sandwiched between two peppermint double chocolate cookies. The cookies are baked with real peppermint candy pieces for a truly indulgent seasonal experience, Ruby Jewel says.
