New York-based Enlightened says it launched two seasonal Keto Collection flavors in a licensing partnership with Delish. The Enlightened + Delish Fall Collection offerings contain only 1 gram of net carbs per serving and no added sugar. A low-carb twist on a fall classic, Pumpkin Cheesecake is a pint of pumpkin ice cream with a rich cream cheese swirl. Peppermint Brownie features a swirl of green and red peppermint ice cream packed with fudgy brownie bites and chocolate chips. Instead of added sugar, Enlightened uses monk fruit and erythritol — zero-calorie natural sweeteners that won't cause spikes in blood sugar. The new flavors have a suggested retail price of $5.99 and are available on EatEnlightened.com and at Sprouts, HEB, Albertsons, Safeway, Woodman’s Market and Sendik’s Food Market stores through the season or while supplies last.
