After more than a year of development and research, Danimals, a brand of Danone North America, White Plains, N.Y., and Broomfield, Colo., said it launched Super Danimals — a low-fat yogurt created to help support the immune system. Super Danimals joins Danimals’ robust line of kid-friendly, nutritious dairy snacks.
According to Danone North America, Super Danimals was developed after over a year of consumer research and product development, which revealed a priority for parents is to find products that can support children’s immune systems. The new line contains probiotics and vitamins C and D to help support children’s immune systems.
“As the industry leader in children’s yogurt, we’re always innovating to meet the needs of parents and their families,” said Pedro Silveira, president of yogurt, Danone North America. “We know probiotics better than anyone, putting us in the unique position to launch an immune system-supporting yogurt just for kids.”
Super Danimals are available nationwide in packs of six 4-ounce cups in three flavors: Cherry Vanilla, Blueberry and Strawberry, Danone North America said.
