Nancy’s Probiotic Foods, Eugene, Ore., said it is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year with new product offerings under the Nancy’s brand: a single-serve whole-milk yogurt line and an “oatmilk” yogurt alternative line expansion.
According to the company, the new line of single-serve organic whole-milk yogurt is available in four flavors: Plain, Strawberry Vanilla, Mixed Berry and Peach. The yogurts are carefully crafted with organic milk from cows pasture-raised on family farms, and they feature over 30 billion live probiotics in every serving. These convenient grab-and-go yogurts are Non-GMO Project Verified and are made without pectin or gelatin. The cultures do the work to make each spoonful rich, creamy and packed with live probiotics.
Nancy’s said it also is expanding its popular “oatmilk” nondairy yogurt alternative line. The company added two decadent flavors: Passion-Fruit Banana and Apple Cinnamon. The entire yogurt alternative line is Non-GMO Project Verified and offers 6 grams of plant-based protein per serving. In addition to being vegan, the line is also free from soy, peanuts and tree nuts. The offerings also are lower in sugar than similar flavors of competing brands.
Nancy’s said the whole-milk yogurts have a suggested retail price of $1.79-$1.99; they are available at Sprouts Farmers Markets in March 2020, with additional retailers nationwide adding the products this summer. The yogurt alternatives have a suggested retail price of $1.49-$1.99 and are available in stores nationwide.
“We are so honored by the decades of support our family and Nancy’s has received, and we are pleased to still be feeding generations of families healthy probiotic food, all these years later,” said Sheryl Kesey Thompson, co-owner and vice president of marketing.
