Chicago- and Pittsburgh-based Kraft Heinz Co. said it partnered with Baileys, a brand of London-based Diageo PLC, to launch nonalcoholic Bailey’s ready-to-drink cold-brew coffee in cans.
“From ice cream to chocolates, we’ve extended the brand into new indulgent categories, but there is nothing closer to the brand than a flavorful cup of coffee,” said Declan Hassett, senior licensing manager, Diageo. “With this partnership, now all adults can treat themselves with the perfect cup of Bailey’s ready-to-drink coffee in a can.”
The offering is now available in Irish Cream and Salted Caramel flavors, with more flavors coming in 2020. It has a suggested retail price of $2.39, Kraft Heinz said.
“We’re excited to bring Bailey’s to the coffee aisle in nonalcoholic everyday formats,” said Tina Bletnitsky, senior associate brand manager, Kraft Heinz Coffee. “Consumers have been adding Bailey’s Irish Cream to their coffee for years, so this partnership is a natural fit for those looking for a delicious coffee experience.”
