Truwhip, Boise, Idaho, added a dairy-free vegan variety to its growing lineup of product offerings. The company said the new addition meets the dietary needs of an expanding consumer base who is seeking plant-based, dairy-free and vegan options. The whipped topping retails for a suggested retail price of $3.99 per 10-ounce reusable container.

A 2-tablespoon serving contains 35 calories, 2.5 grams of fat and 2 grams of sugar. All Truwhip toppings have zero grams of trans-fat per serving, no hydrogenated oils and no high-fructose corn syrup. They are also certified kosher and gluten-free.

The company’s other whipped topping varieties are Original, Skinny and Truwhirl Squeezable. The toppings can be found nationally at Kroger, Sprouts Farmers Market, Whole Foods Market, Albertsons and additional grocery retail and specialty food stores.
