Kalona Creamery, Kalona, Iowa, said it’s producing fresh cheese curds again. The curds are sold in 12-ounce bags (retailing for $5.99) and 5-pound bags (retailing for $32.99).

The company said the cheese curds will be sold only in the Kalona Creamery shop and deli in Kalona, Iowa, for now. A 1-ounce serving of the curds has 110 calories, 9 grams of fat and 7 grams of protein.
