Los Angeles-based Halo Top Creamery released its new seasonal flavor, peaches & cream, which is available for a limited time beginning in early June. The ice cream is made with peaches in a vanilla and cream base.
The reduced-calorie, reduced-sugar ice cream will be available nationwide through the end of August. The peaches & cream flavor has 320 calories and 20 grams of protein per pint. A 1/2-cup serving contains 80 calories, 2 grams of fat, 8 grams of sugar, 5 grams of sugar alcohol and 5 grams of protein. The suggested retail price is $3.99 to $4.99 per pint.
Consumers in the Los Angeles area can also enjoy peaches & cream in a soft-serve form this summer at the company’s two Scoop Shops located at Westfield Century City and Westfield Topanga.
In addition, to celebrate the launch of Halo Top’s latest seasonal flavor, the brand will bring its soft-serve to the East Coast for the first time ever. New Yorkers will get the first taste of peaches & cream at New York City bakery, Supermoon Bakehouse. For a limited time only, the soft serve will be served swirled inside a Supermoon cruffin.
Halo Top and Supermoon Bakehouse will kick off the partnership by offering free peaches & cream soft-serve Cruffins to the first 150 customers each day from Thursday, May 31 to Sunday, June 3. The bakery will also offer several of Halo Top’s other soft-serve flavors such as peanut butter and vanilla bean, while supplies last.
