PerkinElmer's new system can test foods for mycotoxins, antibiotics
Analyzer is unveiled at analytica China, an international trade fair for laboratory technology, analysis, biotechnology and diagnostics in Shanghai.

PerkinElmer Inc.’s new instrument enables laboratories to test highly complex samples. The new analyzer can detect pesticides found in crops, test foods for mycotoxins and antibiotics and analyze veterinary drugs and nutritional components.
The company unveiled the QSight Triple Quadrupole LC/MS/MS instrument this month at a press conference during analytica China in Shanghai. PerkinElmer said its flow-based mass spectrometry QSight triple quad system enables labs to test highly complex samples and experience increased throughput.
