Keeping up with the clean label trend,International Delight, owned by WhiteWave Foods, Broomfield, Colo., launched a new line of coffee creamers called Simply Pure. It’s available in three flavors — vanilla, caramel and hazelnut. The creamer is made with skim milk, cream, cane sugar and natural flavors. A 1-tablespoon serving of vanilla contains 30 calories, 1 gram of fat and 5 grams of sugar. One-pint bottles are sold nationwide at select retailers for a suggested retail price of around $2.69.
