Editors Sarah Kennedy and Jim Carper reviewed all the new dairy products published in Dairy Foods magazine and on dairyfoods.com in 2015. From the hundreds of products, we nominated 25, and then picked our 10 favorites, based on originality, packaging design and taste.
Each product chosen made an impression, whether from tapping into a trend (like Sargento with its snacking cheese packs) or Smith Dairy’s Artisa helping bring cottage cheese back on the radar, or fairlife and HP Hood getting innovative with milk.
