Arden Hills, Minn.-based Land O’ Lakes launched a premium European-style butter made with sweet cream. The butter has a higher fat content than traditional butters (82% versus 80%), giving it an extra-creamy texture, according to the company. The butter is available either salted or unsalted in half-pound boxes with two 4-ounce sticks, each individually wrapped. The product is available at select retailers nationwide, including Walmart, Kroger, Safeway and Super Target for a suggested retail price of $3.79.
