Sun Valley, Calif.-based Karoun Dairies Inc. added three new lines to its Mediterranean-inspired Blue Isle brand. The new lines are:

  • Blue Isle Mediterranean Greek Yogurt that comes in plain nonfat and plain full-fat as well as these flavors: honey, honey coconut, honey blueberry and honey vanilla. The Greek yogurt is sold in 24-ounce and 5.3-ounce containers for $3.99-$4.99 and $1.00-$1.25, respectively.

  • Blue Isle Mediterranean Feta Cheese is made with cow's milk and goat’s milk, aged and cured in a brine to achieve a tangy taste. It’s sold in 8-ounce container for a suggested retail price of $4.99.

  • Blue Isle Mediterranean Sour Cream is made with all natural ingredients in the Mediterranean old country style with no stabilizers, just cream and cultures. Used for dips, toppings or to thicken soups and casseroles, this is an extremely versatile product that is available in Original and Lite. It’s sold in 16-ounce container for a suggested retail price of $1.79-$1.99

The new products were launched at the International Dairy Deli and Bakery Association show in June in Atlanta. Blue Isle products are available in various grocery stores and natural supermarkets nationwide.
