Sartori Co., Plymouth, Wis., added a Reserve Citrus Ginger flavor to its award-winning BellaVitano cheese line and it will be available year-round. The new flavor is hand-rubbed with a unique blend of spices including ginger, onion, garlic, red bell pepper and citrus. The suggested retail price is around $4.99 to $5.99 for 4- to 6-ounce wedges. The cheese is sold throughout the United States in specialty cheese shops or wherever fine cheeses are sold.
