Kaukauna Peppadew PepperKaukauna Cheese, Little Chute, Wis., manufactured by Chicago-based Bel Brands, introduced the Peppadew Pepper spreadable cheese ball last fall. Peppadew, a newly discovered peppery fruit from South Africa, has a spicy-sweet flavor. The new flavor includes red bell peppers and Cheddar cheese (aged over 120 days). Each two tablespoon serving contains 100 calories, 7 grams of fat and 4 grams of protein.

It has a suggested retail price of $4.99 per 9-ounce ball. The seasonal cheese item can be found in stores like Kroger, Super Valu, Giant Eagle and Albertson’s through February 2015.
