Jarlsberg cheese, a Norseland Inc. brand, Darien, Conn., introduced Jarlsberg Minis at this year’s IDDBA show. Five 20-gram portions are sold in bags. Each mini has been dipped in wax and wrapped in cellophane, replicating the popular Jarlsberg wheel. Ideal for grab-and-go snacking, the cheese is all-natural and contains 70 calories and 5 grams of protein per piece. The cheeses are available nationally for a suggested retail price of $4.99.
