The International Dairy Foods Association recognized six companies in its second annual Innovations Awards program held at the International Dairy Show in Chicago in November. The companies (and categories) are: ExtenData (Food Safety) for its MobileConductor mobile supply chain software; Saputo Cheese USA (Ingredients/Flavorings/Seasonings/Additives) for its Treasure Cave crumbled blue cheese flavors; Curwood (Packaging) for its EZ Peel Reseal technology; Junction Solutions (Processing) for its Blend Optimizer; Quest Industrial (Sustainability) for its Quest Pro Pick Pack robotic cell; and Sargento Foods (Attendee Choice) for its Ultra Thin Sliced Natural Cheeses.

 To be eligible for an award, the products or services must have been introduced to the market during the past 12 months.
