Harry D. Seibert joined Mettler-Toledo Safeline, Tampa, Fla., as head of sales for the United States. Ray Kondracki formed a Milwaukee, Wis.-based consulting firm, The Kondracki Group, to help small- and medium-sized packaging machinery OEMs increase leads, machine sales, and maximize the return on investments in tradeshows and sales support activities.

 Janet Collins, a senior manager at DuPont, is the new president of the Institute of Food Technologists. Iris Thomas of CDF Corp., Plymouth, Mass., was elected to the Petroleum Packaging Council’s board of directors.
