It's OK to eat cheese, Idaho group tells lactose-intolerant Floridians
United Dairymen of Idaho moves into Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores with an educational campaign about lactose intolerance.

United Dairymen of Idaho has started an in-store educational campaign to tell Floridians with lactose intolerance that they can consume naturally lactose-free cheese. The shopper marketing campaign includes point of sale signage in Publix locations throughout Florida as well and point of sale and in-store radio in Winn Dixie stores statewide.
The Meridian-based dairy group has hired Daniels + Roberts, a marketing firm in Palm Beach County, Florida.
“We are not only educating consumers who have lactose intolerance, but sharing the health benefits and delicious taste of inviting cheese back into their diet," said Deana Sessions of the United Dairymen of Idaho.
