Qualtech's Curd Maximizer features a large, easy access door, allowing for easy inspection and maintenance. It has no moving parts and no consumables. The system allows fines to be returned directly to the table in order to increase yield and productivity. The maximizer makes it possible to recover fines that escape during the cheesemaking process. This unit can be run continuously without fear of plugging and is compatible with any CIP system.
