Suppliers to the dairy processing industry recently announced these promotions and new hires:
Stephen M. Olyha (left) was promoted to chief operating officer from vice president sales at Autocrat, Lincoln, R.I., a coffee roaster, manufacturer of premium coffee extracts, and supplier of tea and botanical extracts.
Flavor and fragrance supplier Robertet, Piscataway, N.J., appointed Julian Dabrowski as research chef at Robertet Flavors. In this newly created position, Dabrowski will develop products with the company's Flavor Applications team, while using his culinary expertise to expand the company's capabilities.
Craig Galeozzie was named operations manager and Craig Phillips was named financial controller at Biocatalyst Ltd., a specialty enzyme manufacturer in Cardiff, South Wales.
Jim Peters (right) joined the technical team at PDC, Phoenix. He will provide service and system maintenance, equipment refurbishing, installation and operator training for customers west of the Mississippi.
Sarah Pawlowski (below) joined Sensus America, New York, as an East Coast sales manager. Sensus is a supplier of chicory root fiber.
Philippe de Sarrazin in the new general manager of Serac Asia, replacing Wilfrid Marie, who was acting in interim and who will now focus on new business development.
