The GEA batch formula mixer is a single pot processor mixing system consisting of a rotor-stator turbo mixing head mounted to allow complete drainage during product transfer and CIP. With an on-board vacuum system that is utilized to introduce power below the liquid level, the system enables difficult powders to be wetted quickly and eliminate “fish-eyes.” The same vacuum also de-aerates the product during processing.
