Franklin Foods, Enosburg Falls, Vt., owners of Greek Mountain Farms, created a Greek yogurt cream cheese said to contain twice the protein and half the fat of regular cream cheese, plus live and active cultures. This is the first Greek-style cream cheese in the industry, according to Franklin Foods. It’s available in 8-ounce bricks, 8- and 12-ounce tubs and 8-ounce tubs whipped-style. The suggested retail prices range from $2.29 to $3.29.
