The Ross MegaShear ultra-high shear mixer is an inline rotor/stator designed for high-volume and high-throughput deagglomeration, emulsification and homogenization requirements. The MegaShear is capable of producing very fine emulsions and dispersions at a fraction of the cycle time. It is not susceptible to common milling and homogenization issues such as clogging, sensitivity to viscosity changes, time-consuming clean-up and intensive maintenance.
