The HC-Medium checkweigher is designed for speeds up to 250 pieces per minute. It is operated by an industrial PC (IPC) and is characterized by its 10.4-inch touch display. It features the same control concept of the checkweigher HC-A, making cross-training easy. It has a compact design allowing for quick visual inspection and a high ground clearance for easy cleaning. The modular sub-frame allows for cost-efficient scaling to various applications and individualized integration with metal detectors and cameras. It features a wide range of reject devices to discharge products with incorrect weight. The system is available as a washdown unit for harsh environments (IP 69K) and as stainless steel construction for damp rooms (IP 65).
