Graco has expanded the SaniForce FDA-compliant double diaphragm pump line with the SaniForce 515. This new pump is composed entirely of FDA-compliant materials, features a quick knock-down design with 1-inch tri-clamp sanitary connections and achieves flow rates up to 15 gpm (56.7 lpm). Ideal for food processing and personal care markets, the SaniForce 515 provides an economical solution for customers that require a sanitary pump with lower flow rates, a quick knock-down design for easy cleaning and a low cost of ownership. Popular transfer applications include flavorings, edible oils, sauces and other low to medium viscosity materials.
Existing models within the SaniForce FDA-compliant diaphragm pump family include the SaniForce 1040, with 1.5-inch connections and flow rates up to 40 gpm (151 lpm), the SaniForce 1590 pump utilizing 2-inch connections and achieving flow rates up to 90 gpm (341 lpm) and the SaniForce 2150 with 2.5-inch connections and maximum flow rates up of 150 gpm (568 lpm).
Graco’s SaniForce FDA-compliant diaphragm pumps operate at fluid pressures up to 100 psi (7 bar), meet the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21 and are available with a wide range of food-grade elastomers. All models are constructed with long-lasting, corrosion resistant 316 Series stainless steel components for long life and durable, 100% externally serviceable air valves.
