Similar to the entire LKH series, the LKH-75 features enlarged inlets combined with an advanced impeller design, resulting in unobstructed product flow and very low NPSH requirements. The pump has a capacity of up to 800 gpm and can deliver pressures of up to 200 feet of water column. It operates at a gentle 1800 rpm, and features low power consumption and noise emission levels. This translates to high flow rates with extremely gentle product treatment which are critical to maintain the taste and value drivers of high volume milk production.
The LKH-75 is designed for clean in place (CIP) and can easily be converted from a single mechanical seal to a flushed shaft seal or double mechanical shaft seal. The standard shaft seal is shared with the LKH-70 and LKH-90 models for added flexibility and reduced inventory carrying costs.
The pump is fully 3A and EHEDG compliant. It features 4-inch inlet and outlet clamp connections and can be coupled to 15, 20, 30, 40 or 50 Hp standard NEMA rated motors.
The LKH series includes a variety of pumps tailored specifically for the Dairy industry – including the LKH-PF for the most demanding nano, micro and ultra filtration and reverse osmosis applications, LKH Evap for evaporation applications such as powder milk or whey concentrate processing solutions, and LKH-90 for even higher volume dairy applications.
