Daniel Castillo has joined D.D. Williamson, Louisville, Ky., as sales director, Americas. He will lead its sales team to develop customer consultation initiatives in North America, the Caribbean, Central and South America.

Markus Ehl and Barry W. Shoulders were promoted to co-chief executive officers at Oystar Group, the global packaging machine manufacturer, in North America. Both managers have several decades of management experience in the packaging industry and in the company.

Jeff Helm joined Netzsch Pumps North America, Exton, Pa., as the regional sales manager for the Western region. Helm, based in Bremerton, Wash., will be responsible for supporting industrial and municipal distributors.

Dave Goodenough was promoted to supply chain manager of Main Street Ingredients, Lacrosse, Wis. Frederic Nanquette was named vice president of marketing and sales for Europe, Middle-East and Africa (excluding Israel), at LycoRed; a science-based company with regional facilities in the United States, Europe, China and Israel.
