The range combines classic and innovative flavors, such as vanilla ice with fruit preparations including hints of herbs and spices that provide a subtle savory note. Depending on the product concept, the fruit preparations can be used as ripples, top or bottom layers, or intermediate layers. To guarantee optimum processability for each variant, Sensient can adapt the fruit preparation’s viscosity in line with the requested concept. All of the preparations contain only natural flavorings and their fruit content varies between 30% and 60%.
