The APV Cavitator can heat liquids without scale build-up, and can be used for a variety of sanitary applications, ranging from pasteurization to low-pressure homogenization. The unit takes a fluid into the machine housing where it is passed through a controlled cavitation field created by the reactor’s spinning rotor. It uses the intense force of cavitation in a controlled manner, increasing the mass transfer rate and producing superior results. It was designed for easy disassembly, is fully CIPable and manufactured to meet 3-A standards.
