The two-stage in-line disperser ensures that smooth, particulate-free product is delivered through the HTST every time when the unit is installed immediately upstream of the balance tank. The VacuShear sanitary vacuum liqui-processor allows powders to be inducted into a mix tank at 400 pounds/minute with no dust as powders enter below the liquid level in the tank. Since powders are wetted and dispersed on a single pass, no recirculation loops are necessary. Users can induct and disperse ingredients directly into batch tanks as liquid is filling them, with powder induction rates of 350 pounds/minute.
