Saint Benoît Creamery, Petaluma, Calif., uses organic Jersey cows milk to produce its new whole milk, which joins the company’s popular hand-crafted yogurt line. The milk is available at farmers markets in the San Francisco Bay Area and is sold at all Whole Foods Market stores across Northern California. Some other independent retail stores also carry the new milk. The company says the milk is vat pasteurized at 145°F, which allows for a better-tasting product.
