Premium Ingredients presented its latest products for the dairy industry at Aahar 2012 in New Delhi, India. Premitex XLN-11015 for non-dairy whipping cream is UHT treatment-resistant. This solution provides improved parameters such as dairy-like appearance texture, stability at high ambient temperature, no drying surface (4 hours at 27-28 ºC), low pH stability, no syneresis and high overrun (>300%) for vegetable fat-based cream, making it a substitute for traditional dairy cream.
Premitex XLN-10013 is resistant to pasteurized treatment and stable to freeze/thaw cycles. The company also has products for slices, portions and cheese spreads and pizza cheese.
