Now available in two models, The FrontLine 10 and 15 Automatic from Alfa Laval are both plate heat exchangers that offer increased throughput and higher heat recovery with a smaller footprint, and also feature an automatic opening and closing device. The FrontLine Automatic offers 40% more capacity than comparable models, and increased throughputs with reduced shear and pressure loss are made possible by either 4- or 6-inch ports and connections. The heat exchanger has a capacity of 2,000 GPM for cheese milk pasteurizing and 800 GPM for milk pasteurizing.
