SPX Flow Technology’s APV 125T homogenizer is a three-plunger, reciprocating pump fitted with a single-stage homogenizing valve (two-stage optional) with manually adjustable hydraulic actuators (automatic PLC controlled optional). The modular and flexible design is suitable for a wide range of pump and homogenizing applications and valve types. Homogenizing valves can easily be changed to accommodate different types of products and/or capacities on the same homogenizer. Design features of Rannie and Gaulin are incorporated in the new Power End, simplifying routine maintenance with emphasis on reliability and sturdiness.
