FoodTools’ new 5-JRcan slice cheese blocks, horns, loaves or wheels with both a vertical and horizontal cut pattern. The horizontal wire slices the product into layers which are then cut into vertical slices by another wire harp. The 5-JR machine will help improve efficiency for cheese producers.
