FCF Partners LP sold its Thiel Cheese and Ingredients LLC (Hilbert, Wis.) portfolio company to the Irish Dairy Board (IDB), Dublin, Ireland for an undisclosed amount in an all-cash sale transaction. All employees and management are expected to remain with the business. IDB plans to continue operations at the Hilbert location. Thiel is a custom formulator of processed cheese solutions to food manufacturers and distributors throughout the United States.
