Schneider Packaging Refines ‘Food Friendly' Casepacker

The WCP-35 loads the product onto the blanks, then forms and seals the flaps around the product before the case enters the flap detection system to ensure all sealing is completed. This saves considerable resources in both materials and operating costs. The WCP-35 uses economical die-cut blanks that the case packer wraps around the product and seals it. The blanks are said to provide cost savings. The case packer case magazine can hold twice as many wrap around case blanks as standard cases, requiring half as much operator time to load the magazine.
Wrap around cases are an economical and practical solution for most products encountered in food, beverage, dairy, personal care, and frozen environments.
