Kleinpeter Farms Dairy, L.L.C., Baton Rouge, La., recently rolled out a selection of fall- and winter-themed ice cream flavors, including Christmas favorites: Ginger Snap and Homemade Bread Pudding. The company relies on baked goods produced by local chefs at Edible Enterprises Food Technology Incubator, Norco, La., which helps aspiring chefs bring their creations to the masses. According to Jeff Kleinpeter, president, the dairy helps the economy by working with locally produced and manufactured ingredients.
