Japan’s Ohayo Dairy Products introduces Zero Fat Yogurt in a cherry variety. The company markets the yogurt by saying that a serving contains as much fiber as half of a head of lettuce. Providing 1.5-grams fiber per serving, the ingredient panel suggests that the fiber sources are polydextrose and dextrin.
