Evergreen Packaging Equipment offers the Q-35 gable-top packaging machine to serve the small to mid-size volume market. With fill volumes of 6 to 32 ounces (180 milliliters to 1.15 liters), the Q-35 fills quarts/liters up to 3,500 cph (58 cpm) and fractionals up to 4,500 cph (75 cpm) to meet market demand for a slow-speed quart/liter cross-section machine.
The machine’s servo-driven lift, fill and conveyor chains automatically control fill volumes and profiles based on product and carton size providing flexibility to the beverage processor. A single-station bottom-up fill system features a double-diaphragm metering bowl for accurate, consistent fill volumes.
Beverage processors will experience less downtime with the Q-35’s robust design and infinite fill capabilities. Optional Spout-Pak System and four levels of carton sanitization are also available.
