Boulder, Colo.-based Boulder Ice Cream Co., adds an Italian Espresso variety to its batch-churned 3.6-ounce grab-and-go organic ice cream cup line. The company describes the flavor as, “our favorite cup of coffee in ice cream,” and relies on brewed organic coffee.
