The French vanilla variety contains 27% of the Daily Value for fiber, while chocolate contains an additional 3% fiber, or 30% of the Daily Value. The shakes are said to help curb hunger and help one feel satisfied, thus assisting with weight management, at the same time they provide a boost of vitamins and calcium.
