Consumers can celebrate the fruit of the season without all the carving and mess. Kozy Shack, Hicksville, N.Y., brings back its Limited Edition Pumpkin Pudding and Pie Filling. Unlike the company’s traditional offerings, the Limited Edition products are available only in 22-ounce tubs. This particular flavor, which is in its second year, is available September 15 through December 1. The pudding is delicious right out of the package and as an ingredient in gourmet desserts, such as the season’s traditional pumpkin pie. Just pour into a pie shell, bake and serve.
