To accommodate the demand for exhibit space, IDDBA has added an additional row of booths to the floorplan for Dairy-Deli-Bake ’09, set for June 7-9 in Atlanta. New exhibitors are being added on a daily basis and the pace appears to be picking up.
Retail buyers and merchandisers can attend for free, exhibitor fees/booth prices have not been raised since 2002 as well as membership dues and registration fees have not been raised since the mid-‘80s.
Although the original floor plan sold out, companies are still signing up because they see this as an incredible chance to boost their corporate profile and attract new business.
With just over six weeks to show time, the rush is on for exhibit space and registrations. Because Atlanta is such a major hub, there are plenty of hotel rooms. And, as air travel prices have started to drop, that’s another great incentive.
Those interested in attending the conference may register at any time. The full conference registration includes all of the speakers, admission to the more than 1,500 booth Expo Hall, admission to the Show & Sell Center (Retail Merchandising Pavilion), social events and networking opportunities.
